I got that email earlier and when I went to redeem the offer it gave me an error.

I got a new phone number some time back, and apparently the person that had my old number had used my number for every food delivery service under the sun. It's pretty standard these days, and it's because they don't want people canceling the day before. The reason being is that they usually charge at the exact hour, so people see their subscription ends on say 04/28, but what they don't see is that it ends at 6pm on 04/28. So they think they are good that whole day and then cancel that night, not realizing they were already charged or the charge process is already going through.Wife got this ā thanks for the heads up. I set a reminder a couple days early to be safe but apparently will move it a day earlier just in case so thanks for posting that as well other person.

go to uber eats and look to see what food is available. If nobody is near by, you won't have any options at all. At least in my experience. I live just a little outside of the city, and one day, apparently nobody was close to me and I couldn't have any food delivered. Do you possibly have multiple accounts? Make sure the account you are signed into matches the email it was sent to.

Well it's free, so maybe within 6 months things will change. I don't know. But it does say offer ends in January so maybe you can try redeeming it down the road.
Literally the exact same thing happened to me.
