Death Stranding had a good debut. It's from a well-known developer and was widely promoted by Sony but it's still a new IP, unproven in the market.

Switch and its software keeps surprising. RingFit is gonna definitely achieve a million sales.

That's 4 week of sales between 45k-70k. Remarkable performance, and it suggests that holiday weeks should be able to easily pass 100k regularly. Could be close to 1M by the end of the year if stock is there, I think.

Switch hold is really good after the Pokemon Lite bundle released the week before. Gonna see some big numbers next week when Pokemon launches, likely 200k+.

Great result for Death Stranding. It's down a lot compared to Metal Gear Solid V, but higher than early signs indicated. It's happy with these numbers.

Nice drop for Luigi's Mansion 3. Only 64%. That's a positive sign with the upcoming weeks of holidays in mind. I think the game will reach 500k before the end of the year.

Ring Fit Adventure has another great week. Up 2% and only 2.000 units behind Luigi!

Persona 5 Royal had a bad drop, as I feared. 90% is a lot. The fanbase showed up at launch, and that's about it for this game until a Best Price version comes around.

27% drop for Mario & Sonic is much better than I expected as well. Launch week was miserable, and word of mouth didn't seem good, but if next week is another shallow drop, then I think we may have judged this game too soon last week.

I don't have much to say about hardware. Flagship Switch is good as flat week-on-week. Lite sales were cut in half, which makes sense. We just still don't know what kind of numbers we can expect from it for the rest of the year.

I know it's been discussed before, but I think it's remarkable that the Lite doesn't seem to be cannibalising the original Switch model.

Original sales are effectively flat (for this week) year over year, with extra sales on top from the Lite.

I think with the Lite, total Switch sales for the holiday weeks should be close to last year's, despite no system seller on the level of Smash.
