Microsoft-Activision Merger Isn’t A Necessity For Xbox Long-Term, Says Analyst

Karol Severin, a senior games analyst at MIDiA Research, said that Xbox will continue to exist even if the acquisition doesn't go through. During an interview with Times, he said the deal is vital to Xbox but isn't the be-all and end-all for the long term.
