Fortnite being the most played game on the Switch in 2018 should come as a shock to no one (it's Fortnite), but Breath of the Wild holding so exceptionally well (it's ahead even of multiplayer standards such as Splatoon 2) is fantastic to see.

The fact that it got a second entry should have been enough evidence that EA was satisfied with its sales.

That's impressive for BOTW and Odyssey especially considering it's a paid single-player only game without "seasonal" content or anything. Nearly anything else near the top has online features.
