I come here to talk about games. Lately, a few times a day, I get a Discover card ad that lights up the entire border of my phone before popping up and filling half of my screen. In order to keep reading era, I HAVE to click to minimize it, and then click to close it.
The second click to close always opens a new tab and interacts with the ad. It's really intrusive and annoying.
This is what I feared would happen when era was bought. Mods, admins, new owners, whoever the fuck needs to hear this. Stop running ads that interrupt the user experience and trick you into clicking. That shit is low.
