Bugatti found out just how fast the Chiron is, flat-out: 305 mph

300mph has long been a lofty goal for road cars with tires being one of the ultimate factors in how much speed these cars are able to obtain.

Bugatti just pulled it out using a Chiron beefed up to1578hp and custom Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tires to handle the forces of rotating at 4100rpm. They managed to do it. They pulled 305mph.

Next barrier to break: 500km/h.
