Death Stranding Easter Eggs! (Spoilers)

I'm only in chapter 3 right now (still) but I can see this game is absolutely full of easter eggs, and I think it would be cool to have a thread where we can collect them all!

A couple BB-related easter eggs:

When you are in your private room and check on him, there are a couple different horror-like sequences I've seen happen. One of them involves BB smashing his head through his pod, another has him taking the face of Deadman.

Also, callbacks to previous/other games:

There are a few Horizon: Zero Dawn tie-ins, but there is also a character names Lisa which is likely a callback to P.T.

I went afk in my private room for 10-15 minutes and when I came back and moved the controller Sam looked right at the screen and winked.

It was subtle but totally amazing haha.
