I'm making this because over and over and over I'm seeing people acting under the assumption that if you are left of liberal and are in the socialist circle, you are straight, white, cis, and male. From derails where if you criticize Biden, you immediately get accused of not caring about minorities or lgbtq+ people even if the topic is not about that. I've seen people say the phrase "actual minority opinions" spouted out multiple times in an attempt to discredit anyone who is a minority and is on the left. And that's not getting to the petty thread trolling that happens when they don't pretend minorities don't exist on the left.
And the worst part? The worst part is that 9 times out of 10, the people who are accusing others or snidely mocking them of not being a minority are themselves white, cis, straight, and male. And to be clear, I'm not saying that everyone on the liberal side is that. There are plenty of minorities and lgbt people who are liberal or do not like socialist policies. I AM, HOWEVER GETTING PRETTY SICK OF PEOPE ASSUMING IM NOT A MINORITY OR PEOPLE DISMISSING MY OPINION AS AN ASEXUAL ASIAN AMERICAN BECAUSE I AM A SOCIALIST.
