Everywhere I go on the internet is just endless complaining and Pokemon is dead and beating down these devs, but I was just curious as to how many are older players like me coming back and don't really see anything wrong?
I played and collected 151 Pokemon in Blue on my Gameboy in.. 98? When I was 11/12. I figured the natural progression and sequel would be, "3D' and on the Nintendo 64 and on my TV, but we never got it until now.
Now there are what.. a COUPLE HUNDRED of these things? Graphics that.. really look like any current anime style game. I guess I can sympathize with some people who have kept up with the series not being happy with the devs for not having every single Pokemon, just not to the point of this outrage. But for me at least, Pokemon in 3D, on a home console, on my TV. It's all I ever wanted from a Pokemon game after Blue.
Several hundred of these things just sounds like insanity. I can't imagine double that number or whatever it is people were expecting.
