This video has two videos, one showing some shots of a Code Veronica fan remake and 9:30 onwards is the trailer for the RE1 remake, both are being built simultaneously, presumably both a heavily modified version of RE2 Remake.
It's a great proof of concept and it now makes me want an official version of both games. I really have a lot of respect for those who can mod a game to this extent.
