Solar Opposites centers around a team of four aliens who have escaped their exploding home world, only to crash land into a move-in ready home in suburban America. They are evenly split on whether Earth is awful or awesome. Korvo (Roiland) and Yumyulack (Sean Giambrone) only see the pollution, crass consumerism, and human frailty, while Terry (Thomas Middleditch) and Jesse (Mary Mack) love humans and all their TV, junk food, and fun stuff. Their mission: protect the Pupa, a living super computer that will one day evolve into its true form, consume them and terraform the Earth.

As people pointed out in that thread. It's Rick and Morty without Dan Harmon, which sounds like a massive downgrade. Harmon is a huge reason why Rick and Morty is so good.

This looks really bad, seems like an over-reliance on wackiness like the fetish dragons episode of season 4 of R&M. I'll try it but if more than half the jokes are just "haha they don't get human stuff" I'm out

It's not a new series from the Rick & Morty "duo". It's a new series from one of the creators.

Can we change that?
I kind of got my hopes up before seeing Harmon isn't involved after all.
