Fox News erroneously enmounced RBG is dead

I didn't see a thread for this, so apologies if I missed one, but did anyone else see that during Fox and Friends today, they flashed an image saying Ruth Bader Ginsberg was dead?

They admitted later that it was an error and was accidentally aired, but how do you erroneously air an image about something like that? It's almost like they had the picture on hand in case t happens or something messed up like that...

Yes, news outlets usually keep obituaries for famous personalities ready and on hand. It was probably just an honest mistake here, through far be it from me to defend FOX otherwise.
