As far as i can tell, thats the general sentiment as reddit, twitter and discord seems to have taken up the number one place for getting leaks (quality notwithstanding) and getting in touch with people that work in the industry.

Its more about the decline of the Online Forum as a Medium in general, though. (Imo)

The ads are not hand picked from ResetEra.
The ads get provided by a company.
If it offends you there is a "report ad" button, it will change the ad to something else.

I mostly browse the destiny and MC threads, and since a while ago i always get adds for Destiny 2 carries. Trials for only 50$ and other such bullshit.

Piehole still works so maybe look into that, but yeah even with addblock this site had adds if im away from home.
