delayed to be closer to a prime 4 release.

Definitely this. I wouldn't worry about it too much. This year is going to be great.
Apparently it has been finished for ages and its release depends on when MP4 is ready since they want them to release within a year or so of each other

I honestly think at this point it should be banned from being brought up again. It feels like people are just being strung along.
Nobody would actually buy it, or at least not enough people to justify porting it.
Some forum people might think Metroid is a big franchise, but it just isnt, so it isnt a priority for Nintendo.
They will probably release it someday to get what hype they can for Prime 4, but its never gonna be a big hit on itself.

Multiple insiders said it was completed in November. Are they really gonna sit on this game till 2022 (presumably Prime 4's release year)?
It's right fucking there on the WiiU eshop. I don't know how you can miss it unless you're actively avoiding the Wii game list

I'm guessing Nintendo is holding off Trilogy's announcement until E3 for a Fall release to stave us off for Metroid Prime 4
Gonna need some actual proof for that.
We have had "insiders" claiming all sorts of things about Prime Trillogy for such a long time, and every time it was just wrong.

Beyond angry at the lack of this right now... it's a damn port of a game that's been rumoured to have been done for ages. Just... fucking release it, man...
