Go to the bathroom whenever they do and use the urinal/stall right next to them and talk the entire time while making eye contact. Also wash your hands in the same sink as they're doing it. Take the towel or hand dryer before they do, and stay extra long if there is only one.

Years ago I had a supervisor who was making my life miserable. Wasn't just me. One of my co workers advised me to pray for her, she was a hate filled miserable human being. So I did, and God let me be there the day she was fired and escorted out the building.
