Now that it's official, if it was announced the the Death Stranding PC version is EGS exclusive will you buy it or not?

I'll buy the PS4 version probably. If it's really really good I'll consider a steam version. EGS, no.

I don't have a PS4, so if the game launches on Steam on Summer 2020 I'll play the game on Summer 2020. But if it's a one year EGS exclusive then I'll play it on Summer 2021.

Depends on how good the game is, but that's my view on whether to buy the game at all. I'm not buying it for PS4 now anyway.

I won't be able to avoid spoilers, so buying on PS4 day 1. If it's EGS exclusive, I'll be fine waiting a year or whatever til it's on Steam.

Epic Launcher sucks and I regret buying Borderlands 3 on it (really wish I just bought it on PS4 and waited for the Steam version due to online) but I'd defo pick up Death Stranding on EGS.

Nah, will buy this year on PS4 and then whenever it comes to Steam to have it in perpetuity. I don't need to play it again next year.

The only way I'd get it on EGS is if they gave it away for free. EGS is the place for freebies, and that's about it. They don't bring anything else to the table, unless it's been swiped from elsewhere.

Yeah of course. I'm fine with buying miraculous ports from console there. Long time PC franchises that suddenly go Epic exclusive? Fuck no.

Edit- unless the popular word of mouth from console players is that it's a bad game

If the game ends up being good, yes. I've been kinda out of the loop with the Epic Games Store hate, tbh. I much prefer if everything was on Steam, but I'm not opposed to using other storefronts.
