What he accomplished with getting third parties and especially indies on board with the Switch was remarkable. Whoever steps into his shoes has a lot to live up to. As for Baker, I wish him the best for whatever he tries next.

Woah! This is a shocker. Damon played a HUGE role in the ridiculous success of so many indies and third party titles on the Switch. Hope he succeeds at whatever is next, this is a big loss for Nintendo.
