PS5 official specs - Any good?

Could someone more technically minded explain to me..

CPU: 7nm Zen 2, 8 cores
- GPU: custom Navi, including raytracing support

This is good right? How good? What is it comparable to? Is it a powerhouse? Is it "ok"?
How much of a leap is it above current consoles and PCs/Macs out there?

Please give examples that a layman (me) would understand. (thanks in advance)

As long as the games are 1080p/60 fps I'm fine with it.

It isn't a "powerhouse" compared to what will be on the market as al la carte CPU/GPU/RAM when its released but its good.

Raytracing is a wild card, it could be generic ray tracing through compute or AMD/Sony could have their own variation.
