RE7 is soon to be the #1 Resident Evil game on this list (although when combining all listed SKU, RE5 and RE6 sold 11.6m and 9.5m respectively). RE2 isn't too far behind it.

I think it's fair to say Capcom's return to survival horror (and Capcom's "return" in general) has been relatively prosperous.

It's at 7.5 for the base version, 2 million for the HD port, unknown if the 1.3 million+ from steam is counted as well. You could at least take the time to get the numbers right for your bait thread.
