A user on 4chan has supposedly posted a screenshot of the long rumoured Resident Evil 4 Remake. Is this real, or is this a "Nintendo, hire this man!" situation? Discuss below!

So, for the record I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS REAL, but every source I talked to about this game repeatedly told me how good it looked and particularly emphasized the lighting.
