In the comment section of this r/Games post a reddit user who says that his company is working on the landing pages of a new Rockstar announcement that would blindside everyone at E3? But this is the first I'm hearing of rockstar revealing anything at E3.

i mean fair that they don't now but they used to be known for announcing games at E3

Bully, GTA Liberty City Stories, GTA San Andreas and GTA IV were all announced either at E3 or at a pre-E3 event

Not exactly true, they did announce GTA 5 coming to PS4/XB1/PC at E3.
So, them announcing RDR 2 coming to PC would actually make sense.

They can still release a version with new features and content only on next-gen consoles. Like GTA V current gen vs last gen.
