What if you want to keep the game? Almost makes it sound like they're giving a refund to everyone that bought it full stop.

No, it just means nobody will be able to buy it after it gets delisted, until it is re-listed. You will keep it if you already have it and do not request a refund.

Damn, I have not seen that happen before! Have not been following the mess that is base last generation consoles but must be very bad to warrant this. Disappointing for those with older systems.
