OP probably should have just titled the thread "2018 Easy Allies Awards" though since there is very specifically a build up to the winner in a 20+ minute video.

They also posted a 6+ hour deliberation and this video is 20+ with a build up to the winner. It's designed so people can choose to see the winner right away or watch them deliberate first.
