The fact that there isn't already a thread on what will be the most important SCOTUS hearing this year - and maybe even the most important in American history - is a damn shame. So, I'm starting it late.

Two hearings today in one session: Trump vs. Deutsche Bank & Trump vs. Vance, both centering around a serving president being subjected to subpoenas and whether or not Congress has the authority to demand such information from a serving president.

The problem is he represents his wealth differently to the IRS than he does to banks for loans. That's fraud.
