I never had any interest in trying one out. They definitely have a stigma about them.. Now those uniwheels, on the other hand.. Those look dope.

When they said they were stopping production, I just assumed they had a newer model that they would continue making, but I guess not. Hm.

Makes sense. A billion other personal use vehicles have come out in the last few years that all make the Segway obsolete.

They seem neat in isolation but couldn't stand them in crowded or touristy areas.

Rented one in San Francisco a while back and had a total blast. There's something oddly gratifying about the way it balances. But you'll never look cool on it if that's the kind of thing you care about.

Lol I mean a ton of fun things don't look cool at all so I don't care at all. Just want to give it a try.

I took a Segway tour around an island in Florida with my wife on vacation several years ago and had fun riding it. Bummer that they're ending production. I kinda wanted one.
