Wasn't Jason Miller hinting that he was going to be back on some sort of social media platform soon? This might have been it.
People are just not interested in him anymore outside of his fanbase. They're not obligated to pay attention to him now.

I was always under the impression that Trump's twitter presence was more important than his facebook presence.
