EDIT: Somewhat related, Louis Theroux has an amazing new documentary that just released for the BBC about the rise of right wing communities in the US, where gaming channels and streaming have become an incredibly popular method of spreading far right political views. Disturbing watch, but well worth checking out. We're no strangers here to how right wing gamers can be at times, but the documentary does a great job at exposing both how it's happening and how it's developing into real political movements.

This is going to lead to nothing and nowhere. Moreover, his arguments aren't something new or really mind-blowing and have been discussed in many other threads before and one undervalued thread on here brings forward numerous other reasons as to why this take falls apart.

I vaguely recall this asshole from some past incident of him being some kind of asshole, so this is unsurprising.

Also unsurprising how Twitch has let him continue being an asshole, and how this encourages asshole behavior.
