Naah, the movie will start at the end of the movie, and transition itself back so the rest of the movie is a flashback.

What if at the start of Endgame Thanos says to himself, "What was I thinking? The universe is huge and practically empty. That whole erasing half the population thing was dumb and a real dick move." And then he snaps his fingers and everyone reappears.
