What is the possible future of Spider-Man in the MCU?

So we all heard the devastating news today of how Disney and Sony split, which means Spider-Man is out of the MCU. However, this timing couldn't have been worse seeing as Far From Home ended on a massive cliffhanger. I know I am asking too early, but what is the possible future of Spider-Man's story in the MCU? Are they going to finish it or are we going through another reboot, leaving this unresolved? God, the latter makes my brain hurt.
