Windows 10 Update Messed Up Graphical Things .. Help Please

Hey guys, after a long time I finally decided to update my system to 1903 .. but after updating it has caused some weird issues. The general graphics on my system have messed up and the display settings shows 6 bit Bit Depth (pretty sure it was 8 bit before).

All menus and backdrops have lost all color and appear black and white.

Things I have tried so far:

- Uninstalled and reinstalled newer versions of the intel display driver
- Uninstalled and left only the microsoft basic display driver

Neither has fixed it.

The only thing which 'fixes' the problem is reverting the update and going back to build 1803 .. has anyone else ran into this problem and if so, how did you fix it ?

It's because it's set to dark theme by default. Type 'light theme' into the start menu and it should give you an option to change everything to the light theme if that's what you want.

Go to All Settings -> Personalization
Switch "Choose your colors" from Dark to what ever you like.
