Ah, kkto be completely honest that tattoo was my least thought out. For Friday the 13th a place near me was doing $13 tattoos. I picked that just cause I love my cat and I am an atheist.

Was raised Catholic and the St. Peter's cross mixed with the cat was giving me trips. It's an awesome tat :)
Worth mentioning tho that to a Catholic that can be interpreted as pieity. I'm...not at all practicing, but still...Peter's Cross is a very significant image in the church and may be interpreted as antihomosexual. I wouldnt, but yeah Peter was and still remains a firebrand in the Church lexicon.

My muscles are crying of lactic acid the next day after a workout haha, do I just manage it through just sleeping, eating and drinking? I heard lots of protein after a workout is good. Massages cost money but do you take any ibuprofen kind of stuff? More cardio?Best choice I've made in my life in the recent times. Keep it up, eat well and you'll see you body change so fast is like magic. This is only my first year!

That would be 130g of protein, ok cool. Thanks for the info and thread link! :)You are in the toughest phase, in the beginning you will have muscle soreness. If you wanna build muscle you should be eating 2 grams per kilo of your total body weight, and relatively to cardio don't over do it, it's not very recommended to do lots of cardio to get muscle growth.
