I remember being on the train. My friend was in the seat across. There was a man to my right reading my phone. I didn't know. Friend texts me and says, "guy to your right is creeping on your phone". Instant head turn. Eye contact made. He pulled out his phone is awkwardness and feigned ignorance.

The fuck is this?

She is a stalker and is even so dumb to take all of this to social media? This is absolutely ridiculous.

Social Media really has the power to switch that brain off, huh?

I think she should have left them alone. Yeah it may be cute, but I find it hella creepy that she's eavesdropping on someone's convo and live-tweeting it.

Y'all ever been on a plane? This is literally one of the more exciting things that could happen on one besides when you can finally make a clean break from the bathroom when you got a window seat.

Watch a movie, play your Switch, sleep, listen to a podcast and or music or talk to your damn boyfriend sitting next to you.

Yes, we've all been on planes.

Hell, eavesdrop if you need to. Just maybe don't live tweet and photograph the whole thing.

That's my issue with the whole thing. It's easy as hell to eavesdrop on a plane, but it's a whole lotta work to put your nose in somebody else's business and document it in this way.

It feels extra when a friend does it, much less a total stranger. It's corny as hell.

This Rosey Blair (@roseybeeme) person is straight up stalking. This is "shipping" gone too far. It's paparazzi but for regular people and we celebrate it now instead of condemning it.

Invasion of privacy is not fun. If there were not constant pictures of the two strangers being taken and people demanding their real faces to be revealed and sleuthing for their identities thanks to the information @roseybeeme released from their conversation, it could be agreed that this was exciting. Imagine if some stranger was doing this to you.

Fuck this dumbass Twitter poster trying to gain following out of other people's private moments. Especially without consent.

Why would you go off and post stuff like this. This is fanshipping behaviour taken to absolute ridiculousness.

Get over yourself jeez.

New Black Mirror episode starts off about a woman documenting a potential meet-cute and then it turns out to examine the overly excited voyuer as a stalker who does this for the attention of social media and has lost all form of decency, so she follows the two people's lives for updates on their relarionship while thousands of people are hooked on this new kind of reality show.

It not causing harm doesn't make it okay.
People can only be so quiet conversing on a plane.

On my last flight, I got stuck next to a guy drugged out of his mind after a couple asked me to switch seats. By this logic, I had every right to record this and upload it for likes and retweets, but I didn't because I recognize that as highly unnecessary and kind of selfish.

Not hating on the girl, but she ultimately did one of the most annoying things you could do on a flight (make someone switch with you) and then patted herself on the bat for it as a matchmaker.

Call it for what it is.

This whole "story" could've been done a single tweet. "I asked a guy to switch seats with me on a flight so I could sit with my boyfriend, think he got the number of the girl he ended up sitting next to. Nice. #Matchmaker" Done.

This is how you do what she was trying to do.

Holy shit thanks for the reminding me how horrible that story was. What an unsatisfying ending

Someone always says this and it almost always means or adds nothing.

Regulate is the word you're looking for.

Or maybe you're overthinking a comment that loosely translates to "social media can be an awful and disgusting platform that's now integrated into our lives at a global scale."

These people (the "stalkers") seem incredibly fucking weird and off-putting.

Why do people always have to be so extreme on the internet. Why harass people who have literally done nothing wrong. I really do not understand how social media has been allowed to get so bad where you can harass someone on it's platform with no consequences.
