He doesn't understand the MeToo movement. He thinks it's about being "gentle" or something.
One theory is that it's latent resentment stemming from his business-interactions with native americans as it pertained to Casino-rights. He couldn't get what he wanted (no doubt something predatory and one-sided; I don't care enough to look it up) and he has felt slighted ever since.
Don't know to what degree it's accurate as an explanation for the Warren beef, but it fits perfectly with his well-documented inability to let go of any perceived slight, ever.
The theory was sorta floated during "The Dollop Podcast"'s great 2-parter story on the history of Donald Trump. It's good, but exhausting to listen to, and you really need to be in the right mood for it.
