Warframe coming to Nintendo Switch (port by Panic Button)

They said in an interview that they were having to turn down jobs due to lack of time and that they have greatly increased in size lately.
They did do an account copy before, was a one time thing though. So I'd hope maybe they'd do that.
You might get a one-way time limited transfer, that did it before for PS4 and Xbox, but PC is 1-2 months ahead of consoles in terms of updates so you'll never be able to move back and forth.
Performance on low end PCs was pretty good iirc, I hope Panic Button does this justice as in that case it's bound to be enjoyed by many people, even if not myself. I never got into the game much, I liked the basic controls and feel but not so much the mission design and the UI was horrible back then, I never progressed enough to get into its actual gameplay loop. I understand it's improved a lot in pretty much every area since though, hopefully it's a lot easier to get into that for new players now (I tried to log in on PC with that recent open world area deal and it still felt like a clusterfuck to me, then again I had a lot of the DLC for free on my account which might clutter my options up a lot).
Shame i wont be playing it on the switch on the go. I've been playing 1700+ hours on ps4 for 5 years. I'm absolutely not starting over. And im staring at my switch right now with a heaviness in my heart.
It's pretty funny seeing all these F2P shooters (Fortnite, Paladins and now Warframe) jump in before any major AAA publisher even dares to put a competitive shooter on the console.
I've never played Warframe but I can definitely see myself getting into it; lets hope the port's up to standard because, if it is, it's going to be great.

Very curious how this is going to run. Would love to have a game like this on switch if it runs decently enough.

They could definitely still be working on Wolfenstein: Youngblood or DOOM Eternal; this likely isn't their only job at the moment.
We'll have to see if Nintendo let's F2P skirt by without a sub.
Either way it's 20$ for the year. You wouldnt have a Switch if you couldnt pay that.
And I forgot Paladins! That's 3 popular games right of the bat for free!
Expect extreme blurriness before framerate issues I would say.

There's absolutely no indication so far about if F2P games will be available without subscription (like PS4) or not (like X1).
