MS Store error: Darksiders 3 in Fury's Collection ($40; Xbox One) [UPDATE: REVOKED; Ask for refund)

It seems that everyone who bought the bundle previously now owns DS3 too.
Is it possible to bet below zero percent that this gets honored boss? I'm kinda interested to see how they handle this situation.

Saw a price error on Forza Horizon 2 where the edition with all the DLC was included in the edition with only some of the DLC at a lower price. So I got that downloaded all the DLC and then they revoked it shortly after, not happy with that at all.
If they cock up and advertise it incorrectly they should honour it or just give a full refund and explain why.
But yeah, good luck to those taking the risk but you may well be buying Darksiders 1 & 2 and nothing else in the long run!

MS is typically good about honoring mistakes like this. If not they should refund people. I doubt they'll pull a "we took out DS3 but you can keep the rest for what you payed". All or nothing typically.
This would have been a steal for me but I finished Darksiders WARmastered edition last week via Game Pass and Darksiders II DEATHinitive edition is also available on Game Pass which I have until mid-January. For Darksiders III alone, a great deal but I'll wait and see as I still don't believe the November 27th release date.
I guess they'll give you the option to refund but you can't keep DS3. Maybe you get some extra credits for the inconvenience, kinda like how people got Fallout 4 for free a few years ago, and then to say sorry for taking it away they gave everyone 10$.
Picked it up thanks to the Xbox Rewards credit I got after it became part of MS Rewards recently.

Its so confusing! Imagine the shitshow if any of the bigger publishers have upcoming titles part of the twin-pack thumbnails you see on the digital stores.

I bought it and am downloading the first two right now. I thought that when you preorder a game on Xbox it gives you the game tile and it says preordered on it. I don't have that for darksiders 3. Like for example I have outer wilds preordered and I have a tile for that
depends.....I bought it "thinking" it had the game in the bundle. While those who bought it before didn't initially have it included.
Who knows.......those of us who purchased it now, might get away with it when they go to revoke it and we send a message complaining for a refund or full entitlement of the products listed at time of purchase.
Time will tell, worst case they refund all purchases
When I go into my Order History now, it shows that I own Darksiders III - Blades & Whip Edition, I screenshotted the heck out of everywhere that lists I own it now, so if they remove it, I'll be pushing hard for a refund.
At the moment no, but both games on the list to be 'enhanced' for Xbox One X. So I think its very likely they will be soon.
Was the first one like a Zelda game too? I played the first two hours of DS2 and was surprised that it was just straight up Zelda with dungeons and puzzles and items and shit.
I was a bit annoyed that the toughest challenge in the dungeon I played was finding the parts of ledge that I could actually climb.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a refund from MS if they pull DS3 from this later? It seems like MS doesn't offer refunds for digital games.
According to the MS store page date/leak, Nov 27th (or the 26th if you pre-order the upper end editions).
They still haven't fixed it. At this rate I think they'll honor it. Last time an error lasted this long was for the RE Franchise bundle at $20 bucks. Which they let people keep.

I think there's some karma at play here. I always thought naming that particular collection the "Fury" collection, and having the main image be of art from a game not included in it came across as almost deliberately confusing. Seeing the product page update fall for that confusion is apt.
I'm also getting this error message. I'm starting to doubt that we will be able to access Darksiders 3 at all during release from this pricing error.
How do you even get it into the state of being able to try to start it? I didnt even get a tile for darksiders 3, only the first 2 games
I wouldn't worry too much on the message you get when trying to start it. So long as the games page still says owned
I think it may be fixed or they have been in the process of fixing it. I bought it and have nothing related to darksiders 3 in my install queue, same with 2 friends who just bought it 2 minutes ago. It says I own ds3 though, although it doesnt matter if you cant download it in the first place
you are supposed to be able to download the tile of the game, its standard for all xbox preorders. Its like a 100 mb download file. I dont have that

Those are the 4 items I was able to install this morning. Will check when I get home if they're still there.
the only items that installed for me were the first two games, I have no trace of 3 at all other than the store saying I own it.
