No (Silver Spoon isn't a Jump series), it's from Midori no Makibaou, a fairly popular series about horse racing from the 90s. It was featured in Jump Ultimate Stars too.

I'd argue a lot of the time, filler aside, the Bleach anime is way better than the manga since it tends to fix it's glacial ass pacing and complete lack of backgrounds. Plus it had a kick ass soundtrack
There's a digital American version that's been going on for years. It doesn't have the same lineup though since some of the titles in Japanese jump are absent and they have some titles not in Japanese jump like one punch man and blue exorcist
