Jurassic World 2 is a much more visually interesting and better directed movie than the first one, but the script is so bad; it swings really hard back and forth between fun dumb and frustrating dumb on a dime (mostly being frustrating dumb). The first one was pretty visually bland, but (at least in the last half) was more consistently fun dumb. I guess we can only credit that to the Rise/Dawn of the Planet of the Apes writers that had credits in JW1, but not JW2.

Hollywood should block Colin Trevorrow from ever writing a script again. Kennedy made the right call firing him from Ep. 9 because holy cow would that have been a trainwreck (and not a fun one).

After seeing World 2, curious to see what they think of it.
I personally found it to be the absolute worst of the JP movies, even worst then JP3.

I don't know, Broom Kid dies of a brain tumor and his force ghost guides Rey to carry out his murder revenge. Sounds pretty good to me.
