He also was the funniest thing in the latest ghostbusters, guy has really got comedic timing
Of all the action guys I think Hemsworth can toe that Will Smith line between comedy and action well.
Well Hemsworth was really funny in Ghostbusters so if this movie sucks at least we'll get something similar from him here.
But mostly I'm just here to chime and say MIB3 is underrated. It's a fun movie and Josh Brolin is so good as Tommy Lee Jones.

i hope will smith character is in it at least help out from the American branch, but yea it does suck that it seems to have a more white presence. Not alot of block buster films with black leads, so it would have been better if Tessa was the Lead

Because she cant act. She's got one facial expression. It's not really unpopular. She was the worst actor/actress this season in WestWorld. Horrible in Annihilation.
I haven't seen Westwprld S2 yet but the characters she played in S1, Ragnarok and Annihilation are all vastly different and she did it well enough.
Thats more than enough to not be a terrible actress.
Weird MiB hate here, there are two genuinely great movies there. Though admittedly the less said about MiB 2 the better.

MAN, has it already been 20 years since I watched this on Fox Family? ABC Family? The Family Channel? Who even knows.
tessa's accent in Thor Ragnarok made for probably one of the worst performances of last year, absolute basura. she gets hella overrated around here. she was pretty bad in Westworld season 2 as well tbh.
I like Hemsworth and Neeson (Nanjiani being in here is great too), but its a damn shame we didn't get that 21 Jump Street crossover instead. the comedic chemistry of those two >>>> hemsworth and thompson easy.
plus Will Smith in the role is a tough act to follow as well.
edit: I make it sound like she ran over my dog though lol, my bad. just not a fan of her as an actress after her last string of sketchy performances.

She's fine in Westworld, she's just stuck playing a terrible character.
She's great in Ragnarok, Sorry to Bother You, Creed. Don't see what was so wrong about her performance in Annihilation either, everyone in that movie is deliberately off kilter.
It's good casting on both parts. Hemsworth can be very funny. I didn't much like MIB 3, save for Brolin's performance. I'd like to see a Will Smith cameo, at least.
I really like Hemsworth but I don't think he's anywhere near Will Smith's charisma yet - if he ever will. Not sure if I can actually envison MiB without Smith tbh.
She sucks in ww, but are OK in annihilation and pretty good in Thor: raggarrock.
Wasn't the bigger problem with ST Chris Pine? And it sounds like they didnt want to pay very much. I'm sure MIB is a pretty good paycheck
