The only issue is that nothing will happen to this guy at all. Even with how outlandish this is he'll get a slap in the wrist at most and the union will protect him to no end.

Yeah, that officer needs to educate himself on the laws he talks about. It isn't a criminal offense for that young man to record the interaction unless he was recording in secret to say the least. There's more to it, but that alone in this case throws the two-party consent challenge out the window. Never mind the other bs the cop was saying. Can't find much other than what is in the OP link, so hopefully we'll hear more about it in the coming days.

Chicago makes red states look blue with some of thier policies. It is the city that fired thier IA guy after he wanted to bring to trial 5 out of 600 cases against cops or got caught with off the grid sites. All with zero repercussions. Cops are the biggest gang in the city.

Why was this uploaded to Worldstarhiphop though?


Stuff like this needs to be sent to CNN or major news outlets where it can hit the front page. On a site like Worldstarhiphop people will dismiss it due to the reputation of the site.
