it seems odd to me that a millionaire NFL superstar would hire people to rob his ex GF.

Stranger things have happened, but this is going to take some work to wrap my head around.

Are you trolling?

You countered a statement that was clearly about the rate at which men are physically abusive towards women with "women in lesbian relationships can also be abusive."

What are you doing? Seriously.

I could ask you the same.

None of those statements even hinted they were about rates. If you want to point it out feel free. I already explained my post.

Gonna have to wait for some facts before jumping to conclusions, maybe she just walked into seventeen consecutive doors

Seriously, doesn't matter if he called some people to smash her face in or if he did it himself. One is obviously worse than the others, but they're both horrifying things to do. Can't understand these "wait for the facts" posts.

I could ask you the same.

I mean, you're replying to a drive-by post about how men are abusive, you're really just picking a fight at this point. Shouldn't have engaged with that silliness to begin with.

I'm a Bills fan, and I would want McCoy cut immediately (and prosecuted, of course) if these charges are true.

Critical thinking should tell you that my post did not equal "women do not physically abuse anyone ever."

Think, man.

Sorry but no. Your shit was not clear. You might need to think about it more. People do believe it's only men. I've heard it before. So forgive me if your post comes off that way. Making your post clear and explaining what you are refering to is on you, but you decided to question my motives instead. Lets just drop the derail at this point and call it a mutual misunderstanding.

Officials tell TMZ Sports ... EMTs responded to a home on Delicia's street early Monday morning. There are only 3 houses on her block. They would not reveal details about the situation.

We've learned LeSean and Delicia have had a contentious relationship for a while -- according to docs obtained by TMZ Sports, McCoy went to court in June seeking to get a judge's order forcing to her to move out of a home he owns in Alpharetta, Georgia.

In court docs, McCoy wrote ... "Defendant is ex-girlfriend of owner/plaintiff and refuses to leave."

He also wanted the judge to force Delicia to return all of his items that were in her possession.

In fact, the two sides were scheduled to appear in court on the matter TODAY -- but it might get pushed due to a medical emergency involving a member of her lawyer's family.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Delicia told the court McCoy had discussed marriage with her back on May 28 and gave her a "substantial gift."

She says he then left on May 30 to attend OTAs. She left town the next day for a graduation in Virginia.

The next day, while she was gone, Delicia claims LeSean had some of his friends, family members and other crew remove her furniture and furnishings without her knowledge.

When she saw things going down on a live security cam feed, she immediately called police and they stopped McCoy's people from hauling her stuff away.

In court docs, Delicia says LeSean cut the electricity to her place ... and things have been nasty ever since.
This is some shit. Also god that picture is so disturbing to look at :\

they are saying he wasnt the one to beat her up, but an accessory as in he had people go rough her up and rob her.

Both are terrible, but I actually think sending people to go beat someone up to inches of their life is ... worse legally. Like, that's usually criminal conspiracy, murder for hire, shows prior intent, etc.

It does become harder to prove in court though if other people who did the abuse don't testify against him or there isn't more evidence that he ordered this.

Yeah I was feeling the same way until reading the TMZ article just above this post.

In the end a lot of these "millionarie" NFL players are cash poor pretty quickly; and he'd apparently bought her expensive shit and wanted it back.

If he did this or a crew did this it won't matter. He will be done from the league and will be in prison.

It is true the NFL is all over the place in terms of suspensions but if this turns out to be legit then McCoy is finished. The Bills will release him and much like Ray Rice I do not see another team signing him. The pictures are the reason why. Just absolutely terrible.

Yeah. it's bad if, in a momentary moment of rage, you hit someone.

but hiring someone to do it when not in that moment of passion? Calmly making a decision to hire somebody else to do it? That takes a monster.

Yep. Premeditation is not a word you want to hear as a defendant in a courtroom. People are (rightfully so) skeptical about what the NFL might do, but if these allegations turn out to be accurate, he's going to be in prison for a good while.

seeing this TMZ report. it sounds REAALLY likely that is what happened

She says he then left on May 30 to attend OTAs. She left town the next day for a graduation in Virginia.

again she was gone away from the house, and i bet he mustve sent people again to get stuff and they mustve hurt her this time. thats what it seems like. fucking insane if this is the case. But if she has cameras in the home then def will get more stuff come out soon.

Don't know this kinda paints the ex in a bad light as well. What is she still doing in his house? The dude seemed pretty much done with her. It seems like he has the court on his side as well. Why would he mess that up? Unless he (or someone on his crew) has some serious anger management problems.

Absolutely vile act to be done to anybody. If this is true I hope the punishment is swift and career ending. Suspension isn't enough, I want jail time.

Well he was taking her to court over it likely because there are laws protecting people from getting "kicked out" of their residence. Whether he owns the home or not if she had established a residence there you basically have a landlord/tenant situation and he'd need to evict her, go through proper channels, etc.

She could be being shady or she just needed time to find a place to live; either way it does suggest a motive and explains whe she'd be "robbed" by him.

Also could be total BS, unrelated, etc. Not saying convict the man now, just saying there's a motive there; police have been called already when he had a group of people trying to get his stuff back from her. It would not be shocking if that group of people tried to get his stuff back again and things got violent. He might not be directly involved in that though.

This is some borderline Rae Carruth shit (which, have you guys been following that story? Rae Carruth is nearing a parole date and claims he wants custody of the son he tried to have murdered. Disturbing fucking stuff). If true, this dude is a fucking sociopath.

So they are supposed to go to court; I'm guessing within the last couple of days the other side filed a motion to postpone.. this dude really wants her out of his house and wants his stuff back and gets pissed that it's getting postponed.

More motive. Anyways, just speculation. Shit is brutal.

If he did this then throw him behind bars and ban him from the league.

Only thing is that these stories don't add up. You have the victim implying that HE beat her up and then someone else saying others did it. Also, if you see your son being beaten to high hell, you call the fucking police. Do something.

I thought he dropped it because he realized it was horrific publicity (.ie don't get in the newspapers at all ever again) and he wasn't going to get it.

what a terrible post.

https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/fvs03.pdf

The majority (73%) of family violence victims were female. Females were 84% of spouse abuse victims and 86% of victims of abuse at the hands of a boyfriend or girlfriend.

While about three-fourths of the victims of family violence were female, about three-fourths of the persons who committed family violence were male.

Eight in ten murderers who killed a family member were male. Males were 83% of spouse murderers and 75% of murderers who killed a boyfriend or girlfriend.

According to McCoy's attorney via D&C, the victim had the surveillance cameras removed from the home prior to this incident.

Most recent stats I read are 1/4 households have domestic violence. And that's what's reported. It's fucking terrifying.

The stat for our fathers hitting our mothers for a lot of us is probably over 75%. "It was a different time", but still at the same time the US seems like it's reverting to the 1960s.
