More than that it's just boring troll talk.

Weaker teams can overcome stronger teams, sometimes. And stronger teams can annihilate weaker teams, sometimes. But nothing is certain. And thank God it's not, otherwise we might as well have not bothered with the matches and just awarded the cup according to the FIFA rankings.

Half the fun is seeing who over-performs, and who fucks it up.
