If he did all of that shit he's accused, they're right, he's an animal. And he won't play another down in the NFL ever again with a picture like that being circulated.

Will wait for all the facts to come out, but def not a good look at all. If that shit is true, the Bills should dump his ass.

He's going to prison unless someone is willing to be the fall guy on all of this, or he's completely innocent. Getting cut is the least of his worries.

His current predicament doesn't do ANYTHING to validate your claim.

Of course not, but it's just funny to me that I was advocating for the Bills to move on from him, and was just bashed and destroyed by other fans. Berated. Laughed at.

And it could end up happening anyways with egg on McCoys face for being a piece of shit. It's just a rather funny turn of events, even if they have nothing to do with each other.

Can we seriously stop with the derailing of "this is men's fault", "no this isn't men's fault" - and actually post about the topic at hand?

The majority of domestic abuse victims are female, the majority of offenders are male - but not all victims are female and not all offenders are male. There, that is literally all that has to be said. End it.

I really hope this isn't a staged assault to blur the waters, that is somehow worse than it being a real assault by potentially making people discredit other assault cases because this is so high profile. Either way I hope the authorities get to the bottom of this.

Addressing the semantics is easier than addressing the actual issue for some and they prefer that.

Seeing a lot of verified users on Twitter say that the original IG post has been deleted and the page made private. I apparently can't access Instagram pages without an account so I couldn't verify. Don't know that it really means much one way or the other.

It's really unlikely she staged it herself. It could be true, but it would be a terrible bet. Her living is based on her looks and that's a lot of damage. The person saying that is the guy's lawyer.

I wonder how much direct evidence would be needed to subpoena phone/text records in a case like this?

I'll just say this. There are many ways this story can end, but I HIGHLY doubt she beat herself up or had it done if that's the narrative some people are trying to throw around.

Jesucristo.

American football has gotta go. I am not excusing this man of his actions, but some part of me feels that they are symptomatic of a bigger problem.

Alright. Moving forward. From one Bills fan to another: do teams usually have opt-out clauses for this sort of stuff that absolves the team from paying a player for breaking the law, etc?

I don't think so. If there is legitimate proof that he sent people, he's just as done.

I mean, I fucking hope so.

Sending hit people would be an insane, completely sociopathic thing to do. Man what the fuck.

This is going to have twists. An almost year long eviction battle too? Camera's removed? Power shut off?

it seems odd to me that a millionaire NFL superstar would hire people to rob his ex GF.

Stranger things have happened, but this is going to take some work to wrap my head around.

If this is actually what was done the robbery part is to just make it seem like random thug crime, not targeted.

Edit: Nvm, didn't know the further details.

This story is confusing as all hell. Will wait for some more details.

That said...the person who posted the Instagram is straight up admitting to not reporting him for beating his dog into kidney failure. So that's either complete fabrication, in which case fuck her. Or it's true and she didn't report him for beating his dog into kidney failure, in which case fuck her.

You would think he would have learned from the last time he took a shot at someone and it backfired on himself.

LOL, it's funny, but you're wrong.
Plax wasn't trying to shoot st anyone.
A couple of Giants had recently been robbed at gunpoint. He got a piece for protection, and didn't handle it correctly when trying to put it away.

I have no clue what will happen with this story, and if it's true Shady needs prison time, but you can't discount Plaxico just because of an accident.

Despite the safety course he took, alcohol and guns don't mix. What waste of prime career/team years that ended up being.

I imagine it was due to all the harassment and threats the post was receiving. That or a lawyer told them to shut it down.

First of all, regardless of who did it / how it happened, physical abuse like this is disgusting.

I have zero tolerance for domestic abuse so if this was Shady, he deserves to be punished to the fullest extent.

I will say - the story is sketchy but whether it was McCoy or someone else, the attacker needs to be identified ASAP.

There isn't a person in the world who would have themselves beaten like that to frame someone. That's ridiculous.

From that link ^

The Mother says McCoy did it himself? Weird why would she say that unless someone who knew told her that.

I don't think she got herself beat up on purpose.... but she might have had a *friend* on the side, while McCoy was away doing sports stuff. (And McCoy might have been cheating himself when away)

It might be a shady friend who wanted to steal shit and cash in one last time, before McCoy's girlfriend was forced to leave the house. To which caused her to try to stop it... and said friend(with his/her goons) beat her up.

All that ^ or McCoy found out she got rid of the cameras and did send some people.

But again why would she get rid of the cameras? Doesn't make sense, especially after they came in handy for her the other time.

I hated Chip Kelly for trading McCoy for garbage, but now it looks like an equal trade.

Crime rates among all NFL players, for all types of crime, are significantly lower than the national average.

You can argue that they're rich, so of course the crime rates would be lower, but if you take away the NFL then most of the players wouldn't be rich, so that argument doesn't seem too compelling to me.

Makes me think he sent people to get specific items back.

If he's involved, sure.

The other possibility: he'd already sent friends to get stuff back but cops were called and they had to leave. These friends might have then got the bright idea of going back on their own. Or one of them talked about it with someone else who did. Apparently he had some really expensive items there he wanted back.

He'd be insane to actually be directly involved because he'd so obviously be the prime suspect behind the attack. He'd have to know he'd be immediately looked at and wouldn't really be able to get the items back/keep them without getting caught either.

He's either the biggest idiot ever or not involved.

Well, if the items he wanted back from her in the court case are the same exact items that were stolen, you can throw his ass in jail and hang up his cleets forever.

Not necessarily; he'd already had guys go try to get those allegedly expensive items.

It's entirely possible those people could have then acted on their own afterwards, or told a friend/associate what was in the house. The same items would then be the likely target of a theft.
