The original is great and it's going to be crazy how a 25 year old film is probably more relevant now than back then.
Loved the original when I was young. Too bad they didn't get Clarence Williams III back, but Keith David is a damned good replacement.
Kind of wish I hadn't seen Keith David talk about his chocolate balls on Future Man, going to forever associate him with that performance.
Surprised Tales from the Hood is getting a sequel now. Should've been a multi-movie spanning franchise.
He has the front tooth gap so he is a perfect replacement. I hope they use the same cartoon tongue from the first one.
It doesn't look THAT bad. Creepshow 3 is titanically terrible. This doesn't look too inspiring, but the cuts in the trailer happen so quickly that it's hard to get a read on anything really (which is also concerning). I'll hope for the best. It's not like I was expecting this to ever get made anyway.
Staring Zendaya or Amandla Stenberg as the daughter of Fool and Alice.

Always hated his over acting in Menace II Society, It's the one performance that stands out so bad admidst other good to great performances.The fact that we won't be getting another top notch performance from Samuel Monroe Jr. makes me sad...
His over acting works in Tales from the Hood though. LOL
I love Keith David but no Clarence Williams III? I don't know if I can support this - he was the best part of the original

I think they should have moved his character further away from Clarence's in the first movie, though. I know he'll end up being the undertaker's son or something so it's okay for him to be a little different, but his (admittedly brief) line readings in the trailer sounded like he was trying to mimic Clarence but not getting the energy right.
But then again, I'm just a guy judging like two brief line readings from a short trailer :)
