Orioles are 41 games under .500 before the ASG and the Yankees can't fucking beat them to save their lives.

And the Red Sox continue to dominate. They have completely taken the Yankees out of the equation. You can't even defend the Yankees when they have performed terribly over the last 10 games.

Yankees had won their last three series prior to this fuckery and they've performed "terribly" lol

If this is them playing terrible, I'll take it.

oh no a team is 6-4 in their last 10 games...
oh no they are 3.5 games back a few games before the all star game with plenty of games to play against the red sox still.
THEY ARE HORRIBLE SELL SELL SELL!!!!!!!!

Like I don't want the yankees to win another game this season, so I would be happy if there was even an ounce of logic in your post and the yankees were actually out of the equation... but there isn't.

in any 3 games, any two mlb team can win 2 of 3. doesn't matter if it's the best vs the worst, the worst team still ends up winning a few games here and there and the best team still ends up losing some. (though yankees are like 3-4th best :P)

So tired of losing to the Showalters, who like the Angels, As and Rays take the games vs the Yankees as the World Series every time.

Well I am just disappointed that the Yankees keep blowing games when the Red Sox certainly are not.

I mean that's fair, but there is no need to freak out.

the red sox are currently hot, the yankees are currently playing at around their expected level (aka around a .600 team).
and the O's happened to hold them off well enough to get the runs to win 2 of 3 games so far.

The red sox will have a period where they will go 4-6 again, and the yankees will have another period where they go like 9-1 so 3.5 games really isn't much.

now if the red sox start sweeping the yankees the next few times they face them then there is good reason to worry the yankees won't catch them.

I mean sale hasn't taken his yearly vacation where he can't pitch for a few games yet :P

1) We're in a long stretch now, sans Nats which we still swept, where we're playing absolute bottom of the barrel or just awful teams, so chill Yankees fans

Royals
Rangers
Tigers
Twins
Etc

2) Trading fucking MACHADO and BRITTON for just those 3 guys is fucking hilarious to me
Two of the hottest trade assets for just those 3 people is lunacy

see, this is why the White Sox don't win. no fire in your belly. demand more you get more.

relax, that was Jim Duquette talking nonsense. no one has proposed any trades yet. but the thing is the Yankees are 22-9 or something like that gainst teams with a winning perecentage of .547 so playing the bottom of the barrell has not guaranteed success this year.

Wow... So basically Lucroy first failed to tag Bregman at the super slow grounder that went fair by not having control of the ball and popping out of his hand, and then he throws it square in the back of Bregman's head towards 1st for the error. Not sure what the umps were looking at, but they confirmed it a walk-off.

Dodgers got dominated by a rookie pitcher and all star Matt Kemp got a golden sombrero.

The only consolation was seeing Muncy spoil the CGSO with a 2 out bottom of the 9th homer.

Bregman is just trying to demonstrate all the ways you can walk off. He has a homer, a basehit, a 15 foot pop-up and now a check swing tapper.

It's amazing that on an off night for Trout, he goes 2 for 4 with a walk and a steal. Dude's a legend.

I dunno, that pop-up looked close to the 5 foot grounder.

As both Kalas and Blum said, Bregman was already out and had nowhere to go yet Lucroy botched the tag. That ump was like wtf it hit me on the chest.

Before today I was thinking "maybe the Brewers should try to get Lucroy back and add some depth at that position"

I think I changed my mind
They pretty much lost the game because of him. Earlier in the inning Kemp hit a grounder to short, they threw home and Reddick should have been dead out, but Lucroy dropped the ball. Then of course the walk off, where he literally did everything wrong.
