I'm guessing this is some local law that has to do with lap dances or something. IIRC, different states have different laws on nudity and whatever. I never knew they arrested for it.

Yeah if she stepped over a local strip club law and there was law enforcement there to pounce then its a total set up.

"All Things Revealed," as the 15-minute show is called, is apparently a case of epic timing. Deliberately or not, it's the latest chapter in Daniels' remarkable ability to shadow Trump's presidency.

Daniels, 39, did not pole dance as other performers did during more than two hours of opening acts. Instead, she emerged in a pinkish-red strapless dress with a silver bow in back, gloves and glittery bracelets, her blonde hair cascading down her back. She circled the room, pushing her breasts into some peoples' faces, then took the stage.

She flung a glove to one audience member, then slid a bracelet across the stage floor to another. Soon, the dress came off and she was down to just the feathery boa. Then that was gone, too. And the only things still covered were her feet, in black dancer's shoes rather than massive platforms worn by other performers.

Innocuous isn't even the word. It's almost quaint how classic and safe that performance sounds.

How that could possibly be illegal in any state I do not know.

Umm, have to wait for more, but this sounds like a pretty gross set up to arrest a someone for politically motivated reasons. Getting touched on stage? What? So if I go to Ohio and start groping strippers, they get arrested?

Gonna have to wait for new details, this sounds too crazy.

The law also toughens penalties if nude or seminude performers and their audience come into direct contact with one another. An illegal touch could translate into a fourth-degree misdemeanor punishable by 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. The crime would escalate to a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if a patron touches the performer in a "specified anatomical area,'' defined in the law as the genitals, pubic region, or a specific portion of the female breast.
