Yep. I don't even play Smash but I love the production values on the amiibo, so I have the full set.
I've already spent nearly $2k on amiibo, what's another couple hundred?

I never managed to finish the Smash set to begin with, so I will be jumping on the remaining ones when the reprints hit rather than paying \3000 for a used Rosalina.

If they were in Smash 4 they got an amiibo. Every character did.
Okay awesome, the upcoming one is going to my first smash game so not very familiar with the rosters in previous titles.

I haven't even ever beaten a Metroid and I still want that Ridley amiibo. Wolf looks bad ass, might be my first amiibo purchase.
I wonder how much the new Super Smash Bros. game will boost amiibo sales. This could be a real goldmine for Nintendo. Smash Ultimate could also become the best selling fighting game ever.
Yeah i have like 70 amiibo now i want atleast over 100+ and then put em in a nice glass display cabinet.
Got like most of the smash ones so ill complete that for sure. To atleast own all smash characters atleast amiibo wise.

Their amiibo release schedule are so random. The two should have been released a long time ago. And amiibo of the new character should be released alongside the Octo DLC.
I do own all of the Smash Bros. Series Amiibo and will get the new ones too.
I think these three, particularly Ridley, look excellent. I think Amiibo are well made and cool little figures, though I still hope Nintendo one day finds a use for them beyond minor cosmetic stuff. Their use in Smash isn't especially exciting to me. But man, lovely figures!
I buy new amiibo on occasion but I don't go out of my way to try and complete a series or anything... except for Splatoon, I have all the Splatoon amiibo

Man that Ridley amiibo, i hope the retail version looks just as good as the promo units.
Also, the quality and detail difference between the first line of amiibos back then and the stuff that's coming out now is insane. Remember the infamous "Marf" one?
I hope the old ones get some quality and details upgrades during the reprint.

Daisy's amiibo was pushed back...
SMH. First they don't put her in the E3 demo and now her amiibo is not even part of Smash Ultimate Wave 1. At least I can still use a Daisy amiibo on Day 1.
I like how the increased pricing affects the figure quality. Daisy's gonna look great!

wolf looks great, the price hike for new model amiibo is some BS though. kind of given up on a full collection, im just going with the ones i like now.
im more so curious about the future of the amiibo cards for animal crossing and the game on switch... getting some reprints for smash isnt a big surprise.

I've resisted this long. Even resisted the wooly Yoshi amiibo. But Ridley may be too much to resist.
