This shit is so upsetting to read, but so important nonetheless.
We know that this kind of thing has been happening but now it's being put in the limelight with videos and social media.

I worked a lot of different pools, never had major issues with people who didn't live in the community using the pool. People have to be complaining or straight up watching the pool from their house and then complaining when they see what they perceive as "undesirables". People love to complain.

That's what it seems like. So they can say, "Well, those are the rules. Even if we know, you still have to give us your address because . . ." And if I were him, I'd sue them and get out of that lease.
So the apt manager confirmed he's a resident but then states he needs to give his address to the security asshole because the pool is being regulated and is only for residents?

I'm glad I live in a predominantly black area. The racists around here aren't nearly as emboldened.
I would assume they always happen all the time in summer, but a few of them got heat and now we're hearing about more of them. It's like with police shootings -- the rate didn't go up, but we started hearing about them a lot more.
