Well it's just something I've noticed in general with these incidents, especially when they involve police being the instigators.
Yeah, one good thing is that they're always found out no matter how hard they try to hide.
Watching this shit is always so frustrating, the only upside is the shit storm coming the racists way afterwards.

Well, that would be up to someone outside of my scope. My job would be to make sure they weren't representing my department or apartment complex.
also think about how often it's happened over the past 20 years but there wasn't Twitter or smartphones.
Even just a few years ago this probably wouldn't have made as big of a splash online as most people didn't realize this was an every day thing going on.
The manager sounds like he/she has a personal grudge against the resident. I wouldn't be surprised if said manager was the one who called the officer on the resident in the first place.

A lot of places in the US offer extra money to off-duty police offices for security. It's common at events like concerts and sports events where I live. It basically just works as overtime for them.
Deplorables/WS/SWS are emboldened by Trump and smell weakness on black folks. That's why they're violating at a higher frequency now. They're extremely confident in the chances of an encounter with law enforcement ending up with a dead black body.

The old White people at my Dad's old folks area pool have done this to me and my Step mom. In my father or Step mom's case they have done this MULTIPLE times to them.

It's absolutely true. Our country prides itself on remembering and honoring great tragedies and injustices...except what we've done to black people. They're just supposed to be grateful things aren't worse and not bring up the past.
Kind of crazy, in any other co7ntry if an of duty police officer did that they'd almost certainly be fired for bringing the force into disrepute.
