Recently it is because we have the financial reports from all of these companies that give us the sales performance of their various games.
You should now that it is extremely complicated to have the units sold by a game without it because of the lack of info on units sold in the big majority of markets and rise of digital (which is not tracked).
So yeah that's very valuable and regarding Agent of Mayhem, feel free to make a thread, it is valuable like I said.

I have quite a few issues with the game after playing 3 hours of the prologue but I'm glad it's going to be a success. Would like to see a proper mainline Final Fantasy game in this style.
First non Nintendo ip to sell 1 million on the console right? If this don't convince third that is worthy making games for switch, nothing will.

Stardew Valley crossed 1m. It is likely Skyrim did as well.

They had 4 3rd-party million-seller at the end of the last fiscal year (games with a retail release), one of them is Mario + Rabbids and the three others unknown. Games like Stardew and Bomberman were nearing one million too.
If it happens, it will take a while considering it's published by Nintendo outside Japan.

Awesome, hopefully this inspires more AAA JRPGs of this style in the future. I haven't enjoyed a JRPG this much since the SNES era.

The game is so good. I'm not really one who cares for music in video games, but man I think it's one of the highlights for this game.
So you only have retail distribution charts for non-EU? Why do you think FIFA isn't a big seller on Switch then? EU is probably the biggest market for FIFA after all!
Well deserved, this game is something else.
I agreed with a lot of other people that the game really started off slow and formulaic but thankfully the fun battle system was enough to keep me entertained. And I'm glad it did because the game gets so much better in later chapters. I really like how down to earth and non-nonsensical the stories are for a JRPG, it makes it a lot easier to actually connect to them.
Anyway I bet this will sell another million by the end of this year, considering it did 1 million while heavily supply constrained worldwide. Thank god I'm all digital on Switch.

With JRPG sales like this, the Switch is bound to get more JRPGs than the 3DS. They're already coming more and more this year, hopefully 2019 is even better.

Considering its sold out in a lot of places 1 million shipped is going to be near enough 1 million sold. Out of stock in Japan / UK / France and that includes the collectors edition.
