'Lego The Incredibles' is also a non-mover at No2 ahead of 'Mario Kart 8 Deluxe' which climbs two places to No3. The only new release to break in to the chart this week is the PS4 and Switch versions of 'Hello Neighbor', propelling the title back in to the Top 40 at No16.

Wow Xbox is non existent on Italy. Not even Crash and it's a top 50. Infact, UK seems to be the odd one out compared to rest of Europe.

Most of the Nintendo evergreen titles saw a boost this week. Crazy how they continue to sell and as more people purchase a Switch they will pick these games up with the system.

God of War at #3 on Individual charts in it's fourth month. Still full price. 10 million before price cut possible?
Detroit needs a price cut.
This is 13-14 week with Crash on top. Crazy.

Not a single Xbox One title in Italy's Top 50. It's crazy how different some markets are despite being so close geographically.

Well let's see.

1 Million as of the beginning of August shipped and digital worldwide.
Since the game was nearly sold out in a lot of places. It's safe to say at most 200k shipped. So around 800k. Say digital is around 150k worldwide. 650k. Take the 135k out of Japan and you get 515k. 300k for NA and 165k for Europe and the rest of the world possible?

This isn't actual numbers just me guessimating.

IIRC someone said a while ago that it hit 5 million. He was told this by an analyst if I recall. I'd imagine it's lifetime sales would be around 7-8 million give or take.

It'll be interesting to see how Spyro performs in a few weeks.

Let's say it sells 6m lifetime, does that make this trilogy as one product the biggest platformer in the last decade that isn't called Mario? I know Sonic Mania sold 1m as of May this year and Sonic is one of the biggest paltforming franchises out there.

I mean, rare are platformers that become multi million sellers. Kirby and DK are around 2 million nowdays and those are considered pretty succesful, then there is a big gap before Crash. Crash actually is selling similar numbers that mainline Mario games did on Wii U. Odyssey is of course in a league of it's own now with 10+ million. But yeah, Crash is def back at the top tier selling platformers.

Last time there was such a high selling platformer that wasn't Mario was AFAIK LittleBigPlanet 1/2 that were in the 4+ million range. But even those are getting pretty old and didn't hit Crash numbers.

Who knows where Spyro falls in all this.

Yeah who knows. Given they shipped a million including digital it's hard to know the true splits.

That would be my guess. I expect it to post better numbers than XC2 but also who knows. It reached a million shipped relatively quickly, but since the stock situation is all over the place it's hard to really predict.

It says they estimate digital sales at least. No clue which data is used.

As amazing as GoW sold and still sells, it is not anywhere close to 10 million. Maybe around 7? Possibly closing in on 8. Also most retailers already cut the price a decent amount in the UK. Not so for Detroit

Can we have a civilized discussion about LABO? Just noticing that it hasn't appeared in any of the Euro charts for the past month or so. And considering that this is the summer doldrums, and the software at the bottom of the charts must be selling very few copies, it's lack of appearance points to a disappointing performance. Now, it might pick up around the holidays as Nintendo and some posters expect, but i think it's fair to say that it has disappointed saleswise so far. And even if we shouldn't expect it to sell like typical game software due to it's inherent nature, i don't think it's unreasonable to expect it to have established a baseline that allows it to pop up at the very bottom of the weekly euro charts, ahead of a potential spike ahead of the holidays, considering how low the bottom of the summer charts tend to drop.They recently announced shipped numbers of like 1.3 mil but i doubt they're anywhere close to selling that much so there must be a decent amount of kits sitting on store shelves.

I might be able to shed some light here. For the game Sales Awards, we receive boxed sales figures from GfK. We then add an expansion factor for digital sales of all the titles, based on the platforms they were released on. There are some additional rules here:
- Only games with a retail price higher than €20 are considered for game Sales Awards.
- If the retail price of a game is lowered more than 20%, it is no longer considered for a game Sales Award.
